David Frosch Owner/Designer Cary Becker Owner/Builder Kim Ziton: Sales Kim joined Kootenia Homes in 1996 and can be found in the Farms of Lake Elmo, Villas of Wilkinson Lake and Dancing Waters developments. Kim is a long time Woodbury resident. She lives with husband John and two children in their Kootenia home built in 1998. Andy Berger: Field Superintendent Andy Berger is a field superintendent for Kootenia Homes. He has been with Kootenia since 1998 and now lives in Wisconsin with his wife in a home he built. Joe Braun: Job Superintendent Joe Braun joined Kootenia Homes in 1996. Joe started as a carpenter and has built his own home. He currently lives in Shoreview with his wife Karen and 3 boys.
