 Kootenia Homes Process
To ensure that our customers get into their homes on time, we schedule our jobs from the minute a contract is signed. At the core of our building process is a team that works together to ensure customer satisfaction every step of the way.
Our customer-centered building process separates Kootenia Homes from other builders:

Sales & Design


Initially, one of our representatives will assist you in choosing the ideal lot for your future home. We have built homes in a variety of distinctive neighborhoods and are confident we can find the right location for you.

Your dreams begin coming to life when we sit down with you to talk about your wants and needs for your new home. Here, each customer takes us in a different direction, and we’re happy to go wherever they guide us.

Next, we’ll establish a budget for your new home, and come up with a plan that falls within that budget. Your plan will be developed to your specifications by Kootenia Homes’ co-owner and designer David Frosch.
