More Information  Kootenia Homes Process Project Management • Once your plan is solidified, construction starts on your new home. • Laying the foundation is a process that’s overseen by the owners. • When the foundation has been laid, another Kootenia Homes expert and long-time employee, Joe Braun, takes over, and the framing begins. • The selections process – in which you’ll choose everything from windows to light switches to carpet – happens alongside construction, in an order that works logically with the building of the house.
