What's Next?

Upon receipt of any service request, the warranty team will contact you for an inspection appointment.

1. Appointments are available Monday - Thursday 7:00 Am until 5:00 PM and Fridays 7:00 AM until 3:00 PM.
2. The items listed in your written request will be inspected to determine the appropriate action.
3. A written service order will be issued, with a copy sent to you, notifying service personnel and authorizing repairs for your home. If you are difficult to reach by telephone, you are welcome to expedite this process by using email with our service team.

Emergency Service

This service as defined by the warranty includes:

1. Total loss of heat during the winter months - Call HVAC contractor phone number located on furnance.
2. Total loss of electricity - Call the power company first
3. Plumbing leak that requires the entire water supply to be shut off - Call AJ Albert's Plumbing at 651-738-0580.
4. Total loss of hot water - Call AJ Albert's Plumbing at 651-738-0580.
5. Total sewage stopped - Call AJ Albert's Plumbing at 651-738-0580.
6. Roof leak
